Cuisinart GR-4N is very compact. It is a 5 in 1 Griddler, you can use it for full grill, half grill, contact grill, full griddle and Panini press. GR-4N has wide Panini style handle and a hinged floating cover which can easily adjust to different food thicknesses. The temperature control and function selector of GR-4N is clearly marked. You can easily customize the cooking surface with removable and reversible non-stick grill. The griddle plates easily snap in and out, the integrated drip tray easily drains the grease. Cuisinart GR-4N also comes with a cleaning scraper tool. It has 3 year limited warranty. The plates are dishwasher-safe.

The size of GR-4N is just about perfect for 2 people. Cleaning this one is an easy job. There are 3 controls namely griddle temperature selector, on or off to select griddle or Panini or grill and the Panini or grill temperature selector. One downside of this griddler is that there is no timer. It will take some time for you to get used to the cooking time, I have overcooked quite a few times in the beginning.
GR-4N is solidly built, the flat griddler prevents vegetables from rolling off. It normally takes around 5 minutes to preheat, it cooks really quickly. It cooks meat really fast, make sure that you are around, otherwise you will overcook it. It takes just 4 minutes to cook decent sized hamburgers. It cools of really fast when left open, so don’t leave your food open. Cuisinart GR-4N is good griddler for indoor use. It is not ideal for outdoor use.
