Hoover SteamVac F5914900 Carpet Cleaner User Review

First of all let me tell you one thing, you should be patient while assembling  Hoover SteamVac. You will have to sit down and go through the manual, otherwise you will have a hard time setting this up.

This one is one of the most popular carpet cleaners in U.S. It clearly stands above the competition. The price is very much affordable. Just the satisfaction of seeing your carpet all clean is what you expect from a quality carpet cleaner and Hoover steam vac does that. It has a long hose (8 foot ) which is a huge advantage. It comes with separate container for clean and dirty water which means you are not recycling the same dirty water back on to the carpet. I would have loved to have a slightly bigger dirty water container though. It fills a little bit too quick for me.

Another big plus of Hoover SteamVac F5914900 is the clean surge option which gives an extra blast of cleaning solution, it does a good job in cleaning stubborn stains. I am really impressed with the ease of use. It does a far better job with upholstery than Hoover Power Scrub Deluxe. Hoover SteamVac does not have a heater (there is no steam in SteamVac), so using boiling water instead of using hot tap water does bring very good results. Another good feature I liked is the ability of this machine to dry the carpet thoroughly.

This machine is not for you, if you are a person in a hurry. The best results come when you go slow over the carpet. The cleaning ability of this carpet is one of the best you could get, hands down.Highly recommended.
