The Cuisinart CSB-75 immersion blender comes with a 200W motor. It is available is 7 colors, and it does look good. It has two speed settings, high and low. Its light weight and ergonomic design makes it easy to handle. You get good grip on the blender. The blending shaft is detachable. The best part is that the blending shaft and mixing beaker are dishwasher safe. The mixing blade is designed for multi-purpose use. It is made of stainless steel and is enshrouded by a stainless steel housing in order to prevent splashing. You can blend almost anything with CSB-75 smart stick. Cuisinart CSB-75’s 2 cup mixing beaker is dishwasher and microwave safe.

Cuisinart CSB-75 is the most popular immersion blender in US market right now. Its great power, low noise and hassle free cleaning made it popular among housewives all over US. The only weak link of this great immersion blender is the plastic gear. The plastic gear of CSB-75 generally strips off after heavy use. I always wondered why Cuisinart didn’t fix this issue. The plastic gear issue apart, Cuisinart CSB-75 is the best immersion blender available in the market right now.

Cuisinart CSB-75 Personal Review
I am very much impressed with CSB-75’s performance. You can easily make soups with low speed settings. The low speed setting gives you control over the thickness and also reduce splashing. The blade is quite sharp and stocky.  The blender is quite light and has a balanced feel to it. It is dishwasher safe and cleaning is hassle free.Cuisinart CSB-75 just took 30 seconds to puree a fairly good size pot of tomato soup.
