Janome DC1050 vs 8077 Performance Comparison

Performance wise, 8077 is slightly ahead of DC1050. I think that is the area where the price difference becomes worth spending. Both machines are extremely quiet. 8077 is much more suitable for thick fabric sewing as it is more heavy-duty. DC1050 is not that bad either.

Verdict

The choice is a pretty tough one. Because, it comes down to personal preferences only. If 20 extra stitches and lightweight is something you look for, go for  DC1050. It is a good option if you are on a tight budget. If you sew a lot of heavy-duty stuffs and do not worry about the number of stitches, go for 8077.
