Juki general review

Juki, a company originally made up of machinery makers in Japan, was formed in 1938.

In 1945, the first household sewing machines made by the company were put on the market, and they have since become a leader in home and industrial sewing production.

Juki’s TL-98Q household machine is perfect for quilting use. It is a straight stitch sewing machine with two types of quilting foot features; one for basic stitching and one made specifically for precision.

With an automatic thread trimmer similar to that of industrial models, the tl-98q allows for fast and precise sewing. It features easy bobbin replacement and functions well with the heaviest of materials.

One of the Juki industrial sewing machines that performs well in mass production is the DDL-555ON-7. Industrial machines are different than their household counterpart in that there are different specific machines for different functions, rather than the combination machine we are accustomed to in home use.

This industrial machine is designed for comfortable production, which in turn accelerates productivity. The DDL-555 features a responsiveness to material changes which enables the machine to deliver consistent stitch quality.

Besides their quality, precision home and industrial machines, Juki has a variety of sergers and overlock machines that are high speed and well made.

If you’re looking for accessories to compliment your purchase or a simple replacement part, Juki does offer a good quality product.

They are best known for the speed and beautiful stitching that their machines produce, and many of their computerized sewing machines are perfect for quilting and home décor usage.
